I love entertaining and experimenting with new cooking styles and recipes. My love for people is what inspired me to create Sal’s Eats a mobile restaurant. We live in the beautiful and growing wine appellation of Lodi, California. What better way to enjoy our many local wineries, breweries and special events than with a mobile kitchen.

Sal’s Eats is a full service kitchen where we create American Cuisine. We are a Event Catering Company & Mobile kitchen serving Lodi Wine Country and surrounding Cities in San Joaquin County. We offer menu items such as the Hot Brown Sandwich from Kentucky to Charcuterie boards loaded with fine meats and cheeses. Pairing food to the venue is how I enhance the experience for the customers.
