Since I was young I have enjoyed the culinary arts. With eight years of restaurant management experience, I have often thought about opening my own restaurant.
The mobile food industry has and continues to grow year after year. I love the freedom a mobile restaurant offers. I pair my menu items to the events.
I love entertaining and experimenting with new cooking styles and recipes. My love for people is what inspired me to create Sal’s Eats a mobile restaurant. We live in the beautiful and growing wine appellation of Lodi California. What better way to enjoy our many local wineries, breweries and special events than with a mobile kitchen.
Sal’s Eats is a full service kitchen where we create American Cuisine. I offer menu items such as the Hot Brown Sandwich from Kentucky to Charcuterie boards loaded with fine meats and cheeses. Pairing food to the venue is how I enhance the experience for the customers.
Brewery menus include offerings like the Le French Dip Sandwich Choice roast beef with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese served on a soft french roll with Au Jus, loaded fries or maybe a Chicken Pot Pie.
Winery fair is more refined with menu offerings including Grilled Chicken, Shrimp or Ahi Tuna salads, Charcuterie boards, and Triple Cheese Pancetta stuffed Risotto Balls.
I find joy in cooking for people to see them smile while experiencing new and favorite dishes. Sal’s Eats offers a unique and refined option to the mobile food arena.
