Sal’s Eats is a full-service kitchen where we create American Cuisine. We offer menu items such as the Hot Brown Sandwich from Kentucky to Charcuterie boards loaded with fine meats and cheeses. Pairing food to the venue is how I enhance the experience for the customers.

We love entertaining and experimenting with new cooking styles and recipes. Our love for people inspired us to create Sal’s Eats a mobile restaurant. We live in the beautiful and growing wine appellation of Lodi, California.
