The Dancing Fox is tucked away in a century-old brick structure in the center of our charming city. It is a family-run company that combines the three loves of beer, wine, and bread. The Lewis family estate vineyards are used to produce the wines, and the natural yeast from these grapes is used in the baking of the loaves. The breads are made by hand using largely organic grains and baked in a Spanish wood-fired oven before being sold fresh every day. Small-batch, handcrafted beers are produced, ranging from rich stouts to light pilsners and, of course, fantastic IPAs.
The winery offers a huge selection of award-winning wines, including sweet, dry, and sparkling varieties. A fantastic tasting experience is created by a variety of distinctive combinations. The restaurant serves homemade lunch and dinner dishes created using local, fresh ingredients. When paired with wine or a pint of beer, the wood-fired pizza is unmatched.
